Windows desktop builds are paused. New Windows desktop releases are on hold while the Cake Wallet desktop app undergoes a complete overhaul and redesign. A refreshed Windows app is slated for late 2026.
For the best and most up-to-date Cake Wallet experience right now, we recommend using the mobile apps — Android or iOS.
Previous Windows builds remain available on our GitHub releases page, but only pre-v6.x releases are available for Windows. These predate the current app and are missing newer features and security fixes, so please use the mobile apps until the new Windows app is ready.
