Swap support

Cake Wallet integrates several third-party swap providers for your convenience.

When you contact us, always include:

  • Your Trade ID (also called a swap ID) — it's how support teams find your swap

  • The provider that handled the swap (shown in your trade details)

The provider list below is for reference, and their contact details are included only for the rare case where our support team asks you to follow up with a provider directly.

Centralized swap providers

These providers run their own services that receive your deposit and send you the swapped asset.
